✅ Key Responsibilities
- 🛠️ Build & maintain JSP‑based web UIs and Spring Boot REST APIs
- ♻️ Design scalable, reusable micro‑services with high availability & security in mind
- 🔄 Participate in Agile ceremonies—sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, demos, retros
- 🧪 Write unit & integration tests (TDD), peer‑review code, and crush bugs early
- 🚀 Automate CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps workflows; monitor apps with Dynatrace/Splunk
- 🗺️ Collaborate with architects & product owners on system design, epics, and road‑mapping

🧠 Skills & Requirements
- 🔧 4–8 yrs Java (JDK 11+), Spring Boot/Cloud, REST micro‑services
- 🌐 3+ yrs JSP, JavaScript, jQuery or React
- 🗄️ SQL Server (T‑SQL) or ORM/Hibernate expertise
- 🏗️ Solid OOP, SDLC, and debugging chops; comfort in fast‑paced on‑call rotations
- 🗣️ Clear written & verbal comms with tech and business partners
- 🎓 Bonus: BS CS, travel/booking or payment‑processing experience, cloud & SOA migration work, Scrum‑master savvy
