You are given generous PTO allotments, but your store manager dictates if you get to use them. Most am in my store lose there PTO cause store manager refused requests off and you don’t get paid for what you don’t use. High stress job and you never really manage because of staffing shortages due to HO limiting the hours you can spend. Get ready to work long hours and receive no appreciation for what you do.
