Help maintain a positive flight experience and lead by example.

    I wish!

I assume this would assist a young 20 something traveling with 3 children under the age of say four who was woefully unprepared with additional snacks and drinks and the ability to help the young toddler with ear pressure problems. Unfortunately the young toddler was close to or at the top of its voice for nearly 2 hours impacting the dozen passengers surrounding this young family. Also unfortunately, not one of the flight attendants offered ANY assistance to help the young mother. I was seated in the seat directly in front of the family and my flight experience was unbearable for two hours. It is shameful that flight attendance has degraded to this level where as twenty years ago this lack of assistance according to my experiences would not have been over looked.
