I currently work at a Walmart in Alaska. I am a single mother of a special needs child, which means I can work no more than 33 hrs /week. I have been cross-trained as a CSM and I fill in when needed, if someone calls out, for breaks, etc. I never thought I would ever say this, but I LOVE the CSM position. However, because I am not available to work 40 hrs/wk, I am not eligible to be job coded as a CSM. Please, PLEASE, is there ANY way y’all can find a way to incorporate PT positions into CSMing?? Please PLEASE consider this, because I absolutely LOVE working this position!!! (Store #2188)
